Easy to navigate the wide open spaces as it is set up similar to a mini mall/interstate service area. Waiting areas in the boarding zones are clean. Good signage everywhere to help you find your correct bus.

A huge station with dedicated sections and buildings for trains and buses. This is the central hub in Boston for incoming and outgoing travel. The area is well maintained even though the bus services that operate here aren’t. Good amount of seating areas and QSRs.

Beautiful terminal. There's a CVS and plenty of fast food joints. Train, bus or subway connections can be made here.

My traveling party and I used a shuttle bus that traveled from Londonderry to Boston and back. It arrived at this bus station, which is massive. I would assume that a person would need to go into this station several times before they would fully understand the layout and be able to navigate it with ease. It took a few twists and turns to figure out how to get out of there and then upon going back we had to go into a couple different entrances to try and figure out where our bus waiting area was. It seems like the inside of the station is good for waiting around if you need to. There was a food court with different options to pick from and public restrooms. I personally wasn't looking for any of that, but nice to know that it's available for people that would be utilizing this station on a more frequent basis than a sightseeing trip. My recommendation to a fellow traveler that might only be utilizing this bus station on one day, put a pen in Google where you exited so that you can follow that pin and make sure you get back in the right entrance when you're going back.

In the past 9 months I have been riding the train at least once a month. I have to admit, I am getting use to the schedule and routes so it has become easier to commute. Purchasing tickets is easy on line or I see the same customer service agents who are always helpful and friendly. More eateries are opening up again and most of the homeless are not hanging around the station taking up all the seating areas as there aren't very many places to sit. The station has been under renovations but when they're done, it will be even better.
